At digipower, we want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products! Therefore, we’ll accept returns from within 30 days of delivery of product. On all returns we give a full refund less the original shipping costs.

Follow these three steps:

1. E-mail customer service and inform us which products you would like to return. The customer service department will e-mail you a return confirmation.
2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the e-mail sent to the customer service department as well as a copy of the return confirmation e-mail you receive.
3. Send your purchase back to the address listed below by any method you wish. You will be responsible for the cost of this shipping.
