We are working hard and doing our best to service all orders and warranty claims at this critical time. We appreciate your patience and trust in us. As we’re currently working with a limited crew, we want you to know we are doing everything we can to make sure you receive your order and warranty claims in a timely manner. However, please know that all orders and warranty claims will be delayed. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service via email and a response will be provided for you as soon as we are able to get to your message.

You may continue to place orders and warranty claims through our website while we are doing our best to get your order out quickly and safely, we appreciate your understanding.

Please note, due to coronavirus all warranty claims/replacement orders will be delayed 60-90 days to as our warehouse is currently closed until April 30th as mandated by the state of New Jersey.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service via email and a response will be provided for you as soon as we are able to get to your message.

You may continue to place warranty claims and we will process all replacements in the order they were received as soon as we are allowed to re-open our warehouse.
